Pennington Court History

Within the Borough of Pennington, a village first settled in the late 17th century just south of Princeton, a diverse selection of restaurants, shops, galleries and services is within walking distance. For recreation, there's nearby Kunkel Park, the Stony Brook-Millstone Watersheds Reserve, Washington Crossing State Park and the Delaware River. Located on the river, the towns of Lambertville, NJ and New Hope, PA beckon visitors with a wealth of restaurants, boutiques, art galleries and antiques purveyors.

With fast, easy access to Routes 31, 202, and I-295/I-95, Pennington is conveniently located near several major corporate employers in surrounding Hopewell Township, including the new Merrill Lynch & Bank of America office complex, new Capital Health Medical Center, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Janssen Pharmaceutical. Also within easy commuting distance are Lawrence Township, Princeton and the major employment centers of the Route 1 Corridor. Hamilton train station affords easy access to the Northeast Corridor via Amtrak and NJ Transit.
